Sigh. If it’s not one thing then, it’s another. I got home yesterday and discovered that my internet had become all but unusable. I’ve got a limited connectivity and what I have is very intermittant. Supposedly, my DSL provider is currently working on the problem and should it have it resolved soon. Hopefully, this is true because I’m eager to get back to work on the site. Since I can’t upload anything, my ability to update is severally hindered. I did promise some content today though and I mean to deliver. Hey, everyone. i should be back to updateing the website on a (semi) daily basis by Tuesday. I ended up having to purchase a new laptop after all (grr…I’m wiped out now) and I’ve spent the last several days trying to get used to this whole Windows Vista thing that came with it. To say it’s been a pain in the ass getting everything set up the way I like it would be a understatement. I’ve spent the majority of my weekend trying to cleaning all the bloatware out of the system so that it actually runs like it’s supposed to. Grrr. A whole weekend wasted because some idiot thinks that people actually need or want all the crap that they ship these things with. A pox on them, I say! A POX!!!!

Anyway, since I don’t have any new reviews done yet, I decided I’d share this delightfully wrong superhero pic I found over at My[confined]Space You can find several more here.

Let me be blunt: this movie is terrible, please don’t waste your time on it. I don’t know how they managed it, but director of this film somehow found a way to ruin what should have been a winning combination. I mean, seriously, how do you mess up a film that combine’s high school girls in swimsuits (!) with zombies?!

Well, it appears that updates may be somewhat intermittant for the next few days at the very least due to the fact my laptop has decided to start falling apart on me. As to whether I can either a.) find a replacement screen before it completely tears loose from it’s casing or b.) find a nice laptop in my price range (i.e. poor), I’m not sure at this time. I will continue to post as long as the laptop holds out, but if I miss a few days, you’ll at least know what happened.

I received my copy of Henry Hatsworth and the Puzzling Adventure from Gamefly this past Saturday and I must say that this game is simply AWESOME. I’m serious. I haven’t fallen in love with a game this quickly in ages. I can’t put it down. Not only have I’ve kidnapped my wife’s DS from her, but my hands, my beautiful writer’s hands, have become little more then gnarled claws whose only useful purpose is to grip the DS’ tiny frame for hours on end as I fight monsters and shift blocks.
