Monday Music: “Locked Girl” by Cool&Create

I originally had some rocking hardcore metal scheduled for today, but then I remembered that Valentine’s Day is this weekend. Luckilyfor me, I stumbled across this wonderful Touhou Project PV while trying to find a suitable replacement. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this song and, in my mind, it’s the perfect fit for a holiday that can be just as much about simply being there for the people who are important to you as it js about romance .
Of course the downside of all this is that I spent the rest of the day watching Touhou Project videos on YouTube and I’m now officially addicted. I’m maybe a few years behind the curve on this one, but what the hell, it’s never to late to become a fan of something awesome. :P Don’t be surprised if some other Touhou Project videos wind up on here in the coming months =^_-=

Hey what a great find! GREAT song and video! And one of the better-quality Touhou videos I’ve seen.
Bit of a Touhou fan myself, but yeah- the in-jokes are so thick it’s hard to figure out sometimes.
LC3: Yeah, it was this video that really turned me into a fan. I hope to try my hand at the games at some point, but even without having played them, I’m loving the characters.

Whoah Cool&Create is great! There are a lot of live performances on YouTube and they sound good live… especially Locked Girl.
I need to watch more of their videos. Thanks for the reminder to do so! :P
