Although you can find it online, I purchased my copies on Amazon and my local bookstore. It's currently published by Seven Seas and is well worth a read as long as you're not turned off by some of the more taboo aspects of it. Check out my reviews of the first to volumes to find out more details. I do try to steer clear of major spoilers in my reviews, so it should be a fairly safe read if your interested.

Aw that's too bad. I like manga better anyway. Is it published in the US or do you read it online?

I watched the first two episodes and I must sadly confess that I was unimpressed with this adaptation of the series. The first two episodes are complete rewrites of the beginning of the story and it seems like Shaft, the company producing it, is trying to shoehorn the show into a more traditional story. Not only have the first two episodes followed a monster of the week pattern, but the first episode was down right terrible. It was like watching episode zero from The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. When they actually start the story in episode two, the main male character turns out to have amnesia! Trust me, the manga is ten times better than what I've seen of the anime so far and that's not even getting into the censorship issues.

BTW, although it's a bit stereotypical, I actually enjoyed Baka and Test a heck of lot more. It was pretty funny and reminds me of another anime, but I can't put my finger on it...

Well that looks neat. Thanks for the excitement... probably not something I'd look into otherwise. She looks just like a character from Negima... and given that almost everything in that book is a spoof I wouldn't be surprised if she was the inspiration.
