Sigh. If it’s not one thing then, it’s another. I got home yesterday and discovered that my internet had become all but unusable. I’ve got a limited connectivity and what I have is very intermittant. Supposedly, my DSL provider is currently working on the problem and should it have it resolved soon. Hopefully, this is true because I’m eager to get back to work on the site. Since I can’t upload anything, my ability to update is severally hindered. I did promise some content today though and I mean to deliver. Hit the jump for two interesting movie trailers I came across over at Topless Robot the other day.

The first one is an animated adaption of the manga Cat Shit One, a.k.a. Apocalypse Meow in the U.S. Other then the somewhat inappropiate title, the trailer is pretty clean and very nifty looking…once you get over the wierdness of the Americans looking like rabbits and the Arabs looking like camels =^_^;;=

The other trailer is for the film version of the childern’s book, Where the Wild Things are. This movie looks freaking awesome, although the trailer makes look like the director has injected a ton of drama into the book to fill out the story. Still, I have high hopes since this is the same director that did Being John Malkovich.

That’s all for now. Hopefully, I’ll have more normal fair tomorrow. I’ve got a review of Monsters vs. Aliens 3D that I want to post as well as some thoughts on a few other films I saw over the weekend. I also still owe ya’ll those reviews I promised last week of Sayonara, Zestubou-sensei and The Golden Compass (the novel).
